Chicken Paprika
Ingredients
- 50 g butter
- 2 medium onions chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 desert spoon paprika pepper
- 1 tin of tomatoes
- 25 grams flour (or cornflour)
- 250ml chicken stock (or 250ml water + 1 stock cube)
- 142ml soured cream
- Diced Chicken
- Rice
Instructions
- Fry the onions and pepper in the butter
- Stir in flour and paprika
- Add tomatoes
- Add chicken stock
- Season with salt and pepper
- Cook for 10 mins
- Cook chicken and then add to the mixture
- Add soured cream and heat (but don't boil)
- Serve with rice
